- All orders are carefully packed to ensure excellent delivery. Due to the perishable nature, We currently do not offer refunds. If you have any issues upon the arrival of your order please call or email in 24 hours.
- Your order CAN be canceled with 24hrs after it is placed. Orders placed on Thursday CANNOT be canceled.
- There will be a 20% cancellation fee for payment processing fees. Please reach out if you have any questions.
- We are NOT responsible for any delay due to the weather or issues with the UPS delivery service. Please reach out to us if you encounter any issues with UPS delay.
- We welcome your desire to try our African dishes for the first time. Please we cook with shellfish, beef, and chicken broths. Please reach out to us if you have any allergies so we can cater to your needs.
- You should agree on the checkout page that you understand and agree with our policy.
